- 90% - Proporton of material reclaimed from demolition within the Olympic Park following the games which can be reused or recycled.
- 53m - Height of th Olympic Stadium - three metres taller than Nelson's Column.
- 8.35km - Total length of waterways with or close to the Olympic Park, much of which is being restored - the equivalent of 167 lengths of a 50 m swimming pool.
- 200km - Total length of cabeling for the underground powerlines.
- 2000 - The number of newts relocated from the Olympic Park to Waterworks Nature Reserve.
- 4000 - Trees to be planted on the Olmpic Park and Olympic Village sites.
- 800,000 - Number of people expected to use public transport to travel to the games on the busiest day.
